Information processed

Roqivo processes account details such as name and email, workspace membership, and business information users choose to add, including customers, products, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders, notes and usage records.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide the sales workflow, keep workspaces in sync, generate requested documents, enforce plan limits, send enabled notifications, protect the service, and provide AI-assisted features.

Business data and uploads

Users may upload customer enquiries, images, PDFs and spreadsheets. Workspace users should only upload information their organisation is authorised to process. Uploaded content may be processed to extract or organise the information requested by the user.

AI-assisted features

When a user asks Roqivo to analyse an enquiry, file or workspace question, the relevant content may be sent to the configured AI provider, such as Cloudflare Workers AI. AI output is assistive and should be reviewed before making commercial commitments.

Service providers

Roqivo may use infrastructure and service providers such as Netlify for hosting, Supabase for authentication/database services, Brevo for email delivery, Cloudflare for AI processing, and Razorpay for payments. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Roqivo does not intentionally store raw card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank-login credentials.

Analytics, replay and fonts

This build does not intentionally enable session-replay or keystroke-recording software. Roqivo uses framework-managed web fonts that are bundled and served with the application rather than a browser stylesheet request to Google Fonts.

Data access and workspace separation

Workspace access is controlled by membership, roles and database row-level security. Team members should only upload information they are authorised to process for their organisation.

Retention and deletion

Business records are retained while needed to provide the workspace and preserve commercial history. Signed-in users can permanently delete their Roqivo account from Settings → Privacy & data. Workspaces owned by the deleting account are deleted with their workspace records. In shared workspaces owned by somebody else, the shared business records remain for that workspace while the deleted user’s membership and account references are removed. Security

Roqivo uses authentication, role-based access, server-side secrets and database security policies. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Children

Roqivo is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Roqivo inappropriately, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
